The best expression of the Tempranillo grape is in our land and 17 by PINEA reflects its full potential. Subtle at first contact, bold and lively, it is a wine you always want to come back to and difficult to forget.
Tasting notes:
The wine shows ruby tones in the core with a violet rim.
Very perfumed, with aromas of black forest fruit and ripe cherries; expressive joyful blackberry tones, with vanilla tones and very soft cedar notes.
Medium-bodied with a very elegant, velvety texture and a round, deep finish. The wine fills the mouth in a multi-sensory journey that reveals flavours as it passes through. Acidity regulated by a mineral background typical of the chalky soils where the vineyards grow. Very well integrated tannins with a very long and persistent finish.

| Own vineyards | 17 is obtained from a large selection of grapes from the 35 hectares that make up the Pinea Estate; a mosaic of nine plots with different soil characteristics, slope, orientation and age. |

| Vinification and ageing | Fermentations are carried out in 10,000-litre stainless steel tanks with initial cold macerations to preserve all the varietal aromas. Once the pre-fermentation phase is complete, fermentation continues at a controlled temperature, which favours the extraction of colour and polyphenols that give the wine part of its body and complexity. Aged for 2 winters in new French oak barrels. |
