A bright red with a cleanness that hypnotises the pupil. Intense aroma of sour strawberries caramelised by a pleasant sweetness from the ageing on its lees. A sharp and refreshing wine, with a pleasant acidity and a fatty taste that encourages you to take another sip.
KORDE Rosé brings back a classic like claret and reminds us why it was and still is essential. A wine so tasty and expressive that you can’t miss it.

Own vineyards | KORDE is a rosé made with Tempranillo grapes selected from a very specific area of 'Cardisanto', our most expressive vineyard, located at an altitude of 885 metres. |
Harvested by hand | 15 September 2020 and 18 September 2021. |
Vinification and ageing | After spending 7 hours in tank, a slight bleeding was carried out to extract the lighter-coloured free-run juice, without pressing or overheating. One part was transferred to concrete eggs where it underwent controlled fermentation and the other part to 500L barrels, where the wine aged on fine lees for 6 months with periodic batonage. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was transferred to new medium toasted and extra fine grain French oak barrels for a short ageing of 6 months, giving the wine toasted notes that, together with the freshness of the fruit, make a surprising and original wine full of depth. |
